This charming villa with private swimming pool in a mountain area, located in Mancor de la Vall, welcomes 6 people.
This is a very beautiful 242 m², one floor stoned-lined villa, typical Majorca style and it has a 4.5m x 2m private salt pool which is 1.60m deep. The views from this area are amazing. Around the swimming pool there are six deck chairs for chilling or enjoying the sun. The property has two furnished porches, ideal for you to celebrate meals with family and friends. The house also has a terrace with a table tennis. The plot of this lovely cottage is fenced and there are no direct neighbours. You can find a welcoming kitchen- dining room at the entrance of the house. In the kitchen you will find all the necessary amenities for cooking easily. Beside the kitchen, at the living room, you will be able to watch the satellite TV, rest, or specially in the winter, enjoy the firewood heater. There is a washing machine, an iron and an iron board.The environment is very nice and quiet. Mancor de la Vall is a little town at the Majorcan Serra de Tramuntana, which makes it ideal for a big range of activities and trips through the mountains.This village is situated at a short distance from Inca, one of the most important villages of Majorca, due to its leather tradition and shoe industry. Every Thursday in Inca you can also go to the weekly market, which is very important and famous around all the island.
