Super cute, renovated, spacious, and well-stocked vacation house, featuring a dreamy pool/lanai, tropical decors, and plenty of entertainment (games, 3 Roku TVs 43'-58', beach amenities). 4 queen/full beds & all new furniture.
Perfect family getaway!
1. A few days prior to your arrival, a digital guidebook will be provided with helpful information regarding check in and check out instructions, emergency information and house rules, as well as recommendations for places to eat and things to do.
2. Keyless entry to the home is provided via a digital keypad. A unique code is provided for each stay, and all previously used codes are deactivated to ensure safety and security.
3. Our home has cameras at front entry, backyard and pool area only for safety and insurance purposes. No cameras are inside the house.
4. We don't have a pool heater yet but it's generally very pleasant and refreshing to swim in the pool during the day when the weather is hot.
5. Yard cleaning and pool maintenance are conducted weekly. The pool cleaning staff will access the pool area via the gate on the side of the home, typically on Tuesdays. Maintenance takes about 20 minutes. Following maintenance, guests may need to refrain from using the pool for about 30 minutes.
6. Trash is collected every Tuesday and Friday.
7. Our housekeepers will arrive shortly after 10:00 am on the date of checkout.
8. We may require pictures of government-issued ID for the safety of our guests, our housekeepers and ourselves.
9. Same day booking may have a later check-in time than 4pm, but no later than 6pm. Check-in time for same day booking will be confirmed by host after booking is approved.

✦ Indian Rocks Beach features 26 public beach accesses plus a waterfront Park. Public Parking is available at the beach accesses on the West Side of Gulf Blvd. at: 27th Ave to 19th Ave, 16th Ave, 15th Ave, 12th Ave, 8th Ave, 4th, 2nd and 1st Ave, Central Ave. A few FREE public parking spots are provided at each access. Showers are available at accesses on 16th, 15th, 14th, 12th, 8th and 1st Ave.
✦ Clearwater Public Beach (also known as Pier 60) has metered parking in lots across the street from the Clearwater Beach Marina. A less crowded spot in Clearwater Beach is at the Gulf end of Bay Esplanade. There are also a lot of other public accesses and parking in Clearwater Beach (you can find details on the saltchef website).
✦ For Belleair Beach, Morgan Park is the only Public Access Park and has metered parking. St Pete is accessible to the public.
It's generally recommended to go the beach (especially the touristy ones like Clearwater) early to get good parking. The beaches are generally less crowded during weekdays. Please let me know if there are any other questions that we can help with.
Guests have access to all areas of the home, garage, and backyard, with the exception of the four locked housekeeper supply cabinets.
Guests are welcome to park in the garage. For security purposes, to open the door, guests must enter the home and then activate the wall-mounted opener from the garage.
This Florida vacation home is super cute, meticulously decorated, cleaned and disinfected before each stay for your complete relaxation and comfort. Entire 3 beds, 2 baths comfortable sleeping up to 8 people. Please make yourself at home!

Recent updates: Based on guests' feedback, we have updated the AC system so it is working a lot better now. We also replaced the bunk bed with a full bed for added comfort.
