The interior offers enough space with living area and fireplace, dining and kitchen area (17 sqm), hallway (4 sqm), bedroom (13 sqm) and bathroom (9 sqm) to feel at home immediately. There is also a SAUNA! The sunny south-west terrace directly at a watercourse is furnished with a beach chair and garden furniture, and: A small path in the immediate vicinity leads to the nearby beach in only 200 m! You can hardly live any closer to the beach. Vacation by the sea is the motto here ...
The special features are not only natural surroundings, absolute tranquility and near the beach, but in particular also the main attraction of the entire holiday resort in general, the beautiful marina, whose future harbor promenade is also within walking distance (planned completion approx. 2019/20) - here is then "Harbor feeling live" announced!
