This beautiful home features an open floor plan connecting the great room, dining area, and kitchen creating plenty of space for gathering and entertaining. Enjoy mountain views from a large sectional couch in the great room, while lounging in front of the gas fireplace and wall-mounted TV.
A professionally equipped kitchen features granite counters, custom cabinets, Viking appliances, and everything your aspiring chef will need to entertain in style. A center island adds extra workspace and seating for three. Use the grill year-round at the built-in Viking gas grill on the deck.
Designed for bringing people together over mealtimes, there is seating for 10 at the dining table with additional seating at the kitchen island.
All One Steamboat Place residences feature luxurious furnishings and décor. A beautiful primary king suite has a fireplace, a TV, and an ensuite featuring a steam shower and a soaking tub. Three more bedroom suites offer gas fireplaces, TVs, and private baths, including a king suite, a queen suite, and a full suite.
The home office boasts high-speed Wi-Fi allowing Internet service for all guests as well as a convenient washer and dryer.
