Located on the main floor upstairs is the open plan living, dining and kitchen area with floor-to-ceiling windows leading out to the large covered balcony and outdoor dining area, and of course, looking out to the fantastic view!
The kitchen is fully stocked with modern appliances, a large pantry and a dishwasher for your convenience.
Also located on this level is the main bedroom with king size bed, ensuite and private balcony, and another bedroom with a tri-bunk and a separate powder room.
The ground floor has 3 spacious bedrooms with Queen beds, a second large living area, a bathroom with a bath and separate laundry with a dryer. The living area downstairs can be closed off to the rest of the house and leads to the downstairs balcony with access to the enclosed backyard. Also on this level is the 6th bedroom located within a fully self-contained unit (with internal access). This unit has a full bathroom, kitchenette and a queen bed.
To top it off, walk out the back gate and the property has direct access to Short Point Beach through the bushy reserve.
