Summary: The ryokan had an exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. They began our visit with a tea ceremony. The room was spacious and the public bath was enjoyable. They provided cool towels and ice water in the evening. They also provided very nice wagashi. We loved the location in the Nara Park. We could see deer just outside our window. The futnons were very comfortable and rooms clean.
