The Space:
Walk though the covered walkway to discover a stunning private oasis, secluded and relaxing.
Artistic and designer touches throughout this home will inspire and delight. The entry level includes an open plan living and dining area with a large bifold sliding door, giving perfect indoor/outdoor access to the resort style pool and spa area, outdoor seating on the covered deck, with outdoor bar fridge and BBQ.
The ground floor galley style kitchen makes dining a breeze with and island bench, indoor dining table, or walk through to the large poolside alfresco dining area.
The ground floor also provides a convenient full sized laundry, bedroom with 2 single beds and built in wardrobe, bathroom and seperate toilet/powder room.
The upstairs mezzanine level contains the spacious master bedroom with a King size 4 poster bed, ensuite, walk in wardrobe and desk space. With tall trees to the east and electronically operated privacy louvres over the pool view, this is a stunning space to relax any time of the day.
Off street parking is provided for one car and with plenty street parking, your stay is not only comfortable but also convenient.

You will enter down the side of the front house around to a covered walkway which leads to the back property.
There is digital door code access for easy, self-check in.

Shelly Beach is a wide, sandy, unpatrolled beach that curves between the two headlands of Moffat and Kings Beach. It is a quiet, peaceful place to explore, and is the nesting place for local turtles. There is a large park of native bushland across the road that sits on the southern face of Moffat Headland. Take a walk up to the top of Moffat Headland to see the stunning view (and the migrating humpback whales between July - October), and wander back along the informal pathways meandering through the park.
It is also a short stroll to the many cafes and shops at Moffat Beach.
While Shelly Beach itself may not have a large commercial center, the nearby town of Caloundra offers a variety of dining and shopping options. Visitors can explore local cafes, restaurants, and boutique shops for a taste of the regional cuisine and a bit of shopping.
