The first floor has the open plan kitchen, dining and living area with modern furniture. The natural colour palette kitchen features stone benchtops and stainless steel appliances, including dishwasher, microwave and pod coffee machine. Have your morning coffee at the breakfast bar, or at the modern dining table seating 8 people. Sit back into the soft white leather lounge suites looking out to the ocean with views towards Cape Pattern, Hayley’s Reef, and the seal colony. Or, watch a movie on the large screen TV with DVD. The master bedroom is also on this level, with a Queen size bed, TV and ensuite bathroom with shower, toilet and vanity. A separate powder room services this level as well. On the ground level is the second living area with ocean views, leather lounge suite, TV, DVD, two bedrooms both with TVs, family bathroom with bath and separate laundry with washing machine and dryer. A reverse cycle heater and air conditioner is located on both levels, and an additional electric heater is upstairs.
