The Space:
This is the ultimate family home to use as a base for all your adventures; spend your holidays on the Bellarine Peninsula in beautiful Saint Leonards! Follow the coastline and walk along the grassy foreshore areas, where you will enjoy shady picnic areas, quiet swimming spots and fishing off the pier.
Book a holiday for 1 or 2 families, or bring the grandparents for an extended family holiday. This house is all about sharing quality time together in a beautifully designed and decorated 2-storey home. Set up to sleep up to 10 guests in spacious surrounds, a generous floor plan provides space for everyone, both for lively communal gatherings and chill-out zones. One upper and two lower level living zones offer guests different areas to hang out, with TVs and a theatre room for your very own family movie nights. The projector will work with DVD's and there is a HDMI cable hooked up if you'd like to bring your own device along. DVDs are in the bottom left cupboard (mostly kids movies) but you are welcome to bring your own.
All the TVs are free to air only, but streaming services like Netflix etc. can be accessed via unlimited wi-fi with your bring your own device and personal subscriptions. The main lounge and Theatre room projector/TV is set up with a HDMI cable connection for your viewing pleasure. The kids also have a dedicated lounge room upstairs with free to air TV, and a study nook offers a quiet space for reading and relaxing.
Relax and enjoy all the comforts of home with comfy lounges, huge bedrooms, a sundrenched outdoor area and BBQ, plus heaps of room for the kids to play in the fully fenced backyard. Loaded full of luxury features that enhance the holiday feel, the 8m salt-water and solar-heated pool makes this property more like a private resort than a home. This indoor/outdoor living space offers a wonderful setting for family meals or to entertain guests. The kitchen features a 900mm freestanding oven, five-burner gas cooktop, coffee pod machine and a huge walk-in butler's style pantry. Climate control features ducted gas heating and evaporative cooling for year-round comfort throughout the home. PLEASE NOTE: The heating is set to work best at 20 degrees.
All bedrooms are beautifully appointed with hotel quality sheets and bath towels, making your stay as pleasurable as possible. Downstairs, a palatial-size 40sqm master suite has a King bed, sofa and free to air TV, leading to a walk-in robe and full ensuite with spa bath. Upstairs, 4 additional bedrooms have Twin Single beds in each, serviced by a stylish bathroom and separate toilet. One of the upper bedrooms also offers an ensuite with shower, robe and access to a balcony that looks across the district.
