Sandpiper Cottage features lovely tile flooring throughout the home. The living area, dining area, and kitchen share an open floor plan. The living area has comfortable seating and a large flat screen TV. The dining table is a distressed wood table with bench seating. The kitchen is well equipped, featuring a breakfast bar, light and bright cabinets, granite counters, and stainless appliances.
The first bedroom has a Queen bed with a flat screen TV. The second bedroom has a Queen bed with a flat screen TV and both bathrooms feature walk-in showers. Located off the living room is a low profile bunk beds (2 singlels) for additional sleeping.
Going outside we discover a covered porch and a long sundeck overlooking the pool area, all set up with ample seating. The private pool has an extensive patio area surrounded by lush landscaping, features a splendid gazebo and an outdoor table to enjoy lunches as well as loungers to enjoy the sun.
AMENITIES: Multiple TVs, DVD player, well-appointed kitchen with granite counters and stainless appliances, solid surface floors throughout, covered porch with fabulous views of the Gulf, screened porch, under house parking, private pool with extensive pool deck and lounge area, park-style charcoal grill, fish cleaning sink and station, beach access path directly across the street.
