You will be staying in the rear of the original parsonage house for Saint Theresa's Church in Stanley. This was just remodeled.
You will be close to Canandaigua Lake, Keuka, and Seneca Lake that have excellent wineries and breweries. Hobart and William Smith college is nearby, as well as CMAC!
This summer you can enjoy a large yard, 2 fire pits, one gas- one electric, corn hole, picnic table, and swing set!
The space- you will be staying in unit 2. This is a brand new remodel to the original parsonage house on the property! There is another unit in the front of the parsonage house. You have 2 queen bedrooms, one bathroom. Open concept of kitchen, dining, and living room. There is a reading nook, to the right of that is the bathroom, then the 2nd bedroom. The main area has a open concept with the kitchen, dining table, living room. The master bedroom is just past the coffee bar.
You are next to the Stanley Fire Department. There is a potential for noise, if there is a fire, and the trucks will be going to a scene.
We allow 1 pet under 50 lbs
Guest access
There is a locked door, just past the reading nook. It is the furthest door in the back. There should be a fireplace and two blue chairs in front of the door! You have access to everything from that door back. The utility room, with the furnace, hot water heater, cleaning supplies for cleaners is not available to guests.
Depending on which way you enter the parking lot Unit 2 , is the rear unit. It is NOT the unit with the large front porch. There is a motion sensor light, if you arrive after dark. You can park anywhere you would like.
This has keyless entry - the combo will be emauked to you upon arrival.
Other things to note
There is a potential for noise from the front unit. Since it was one large unit we did divide it, but there is a slight potential.
This is a non smoking property. If you are a smoked please go to the far side of the church, and dispose of cigarettes in garbage can.
There is a large yard if you have pet. Please pick up after your dog, and dispose of the garbage properly.
