DIRECT BEACH ACCESS – This fantastic property is positioned at the rear of the block and is just a short stroll to the white sands of Toogoom Beach.
Located at 178 Kingfisher Parade Toogoom, you will find the long-time popular holiday rental Rumah Pantai.
This large beachside block of land is shared by two separate homes with the holiday home facing the beautiful waterfront of Toogoom Beach.
Rumah Pantai has its own separate entrance.
This high set property with its large timber deck and stacker folding doors was built to capture the summer breezes which has created an open airy living space, inside - outdoor living.
KITCHEN – The kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven and stove top, dishwasher drawer, good size fridge/freezer combo, and several cooking appliances such as: rice cooker, slow cooker, and electric frypan.
DINING - Inside dining with seating for 6 or outside dining with water views and sea breezes, perfect for those early summer dinners.
ENTERTAINMENT – With 2 flatscreen TVs, one in the living and one in the master suite, watch your favourite movies and TV shows on all the popular platforms. Unlimited Wi-Fi is available for guests. Bring along your chromecast to watch from your favourite platforms.
BEDROOM 1 – MASTER SUITE – Just off the living area and through the double doors is the spacious master bedroom offering a comfy queen size bed, walk-in wardrobe, ceiling fan and ensuite with 2 person walk-in shower, double basins, bathtub, and toilet.
The master suite also features a comfortable chair. Relax in front of the second flatscreen TV or take in the ocean views through the big sliding doors leading out onto the timber deck.
BEDROOMS 2 & 3 – Bedrooms 2 & 3 offer comfy queen size beds, wardrobes, and ceiling fans.
MAIN BATHROOM - Family size bathroom with shower and toilet.
DOWNSTAIRS – The large undercover entertaining space has ceiling fans and provides a great place to spend time with the kiddies or pets. This concreted area offers outdoor seating, built in kitchenette, third bathroom and laundry.
The yard and gardens are neat and tidy with lush green grassy areas for children and pets to play.
Children will love the Toogoom Community Playground located just next door.
OUTSIDE PETS CONSIDERED ON REQUEST – The owners understand how important it is to be able to bring your fur babies with you, particularly when your holiday home backs onto the beautiful Toogoom Beach. With a fully fenced secure yard and external stairs, your best friend can be close by whether your upstairs or down. A pet fee of $25.00 will apply.
Please note: Fraser Coast Regional Council regulations allows a maximum of 2 dogs at the property.
This fantastic beachside accommodation is centrally located with only a 15-minute walk to the local convenience store where they offer delicious hot food including tasty burger’s, fish & chips, ice creams, drinks, and basic essentials.
A 5-minute drive will take you the Toogoom Boat ramp, Goody’s On The Beach Licensed Waterfront Cafe and the Salty Squid Licensed Bistro offering beautiful breakfast, lunch, and now dinner options on selected evenings at Goody’s.
