THE SPACE Upon arrival, take advantage of the included parking options (a hot commodity in Downtown Des Moines). You'll go through a secured entry door and then right to the unit. Once you're here, you should have everything you need. The open concept layout makes almost any activity much more enjoyable. The large kitchen island is perfect for meals, work or entertainment and has seating. If you need more seating, there are additional chairs available. All the necessary cooking options (pots, pans, utensils), a Keurig and pods, wine glasses, corkscrew, toaster, bakeware and more are all included. The kitchen flows seamlessly to the cozy living room with plenty of sunlight. The Smart TV has Hulu Live ready to go (including DVR!) or feel free to use your own accounts to log in and start streaming from your own device with private WiFi. Just off the living room, you have a patio/balcony with seating. The first bedroom has a double bed, nightstand and expansive walk-in closet for your belongings. Next door, you'll find the first full bathroom with complimentary shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Feel free to do some laundry, there is a full-size washer/dryer with all the necessary supplies available to you. The bedrooms are separated, with the master offering a queen bed with its own large and expansive walk-in closet. You also have a private, attached bathroom in the master. Use the complimentary shampoo, body wash and conditioner in the shower as well as the hairdryer under the sink. GUEST ACCESS The community is full of amenities for you to enjoy! There is a large and open community room with a full kitchen offering some amazing views of Downtown Des Moines. This room also has a large terrace, kitchen, indoor & outdoor seating and a few grills that you can take use. Each upper floor of the building offers individual bike storage to make life a little easier. We even have a bike wash station to hose down after a muddy ride. If you're bringing your furry friend along, take advantage of the onsite pet wash/grooming station to get them cleaned up. For those that love Pinterest, check out the craft room where you can bring your own supplies and get started on your next project. Fitness enthusiasts, there is also a fitness center with plenty of equipment (treadmill, weight bench, elliptical, weights, etc.) as well as a large yoga studio nearby.
