Positive: The larger private terrace is three times the size of the room. The images don't do it justice. Great to sit outside and enjoy a meal. They have modest but sufficient silverware and plates to eat in. They provided us with free coffee you make. Good tasting water and the shower has high pressure. We bought groceries and ate in one night in our three night stay. Great view while eating at a table they had outside. We bought pastry from a nearby bakery and also some fresh fruit from a nearby fruit stand for breakfast. Three restaurants are within walking distance of five to ten minutes. We went to two of them. I went on a three mile round trip hike that the host suggested from the doorsteps of the property. The hosts were very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. Just ask.
Negative: Difficult to park an A1 Audi sized car because of the narrow quarter mile road. It did fit with the rear view mirrors tucked in. The parking is free and a smaller car typical of Europe would not be a problem. You can also park a larger car nearby if necessary, also for free.
