Our 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. While there is a 4th bedroom that is not available for guest use, there is still plenty of room to spread out and relax.
Upstairs: Two cozy bedrooms (king and queen beds) and a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
Main Level: An inviting living area and a fully equipped kitchen with laundry facilities conveniently located nearby.
Lower Level: A private bedroom featuring an adjustable queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom for added comfort and privacy.
Outdoor Spaces: Enjoy the best of Colorado’s outdoor living with a charming private backyard, complete with a table and chairs for al fresco dining. The large front patio offers additional seating—perfect for morning coffee or relaxing with a book. The xeriscaped yard adds a touch of low-maintenance beauty to the property.
