The house features our standard amenities such as dual-function Coffee Maker that has both a drip coffee pot and Keurig K-Pod brewer, fully stocked kitchen with all necessary cookware, dinner ware and glassware! Enjoy a game of foosball, billiards, darts or poker in the fully furnished and newly renovated basement recreational area. Fish for trout in the beautiful Youghiogheny River just a few steps from the front porch of the home. This property is dog friendly.* Additional flat fee will be charged per pet, if necessary, after receiving your signed Rental Agreement. Bring your bike and hit the Great Allegheny Passage trail located just a few hundred feet from the home. Enjoy the outdoor fire pit!
