Independent house in the beautiful RESIDENCIAL RETIRO III, perfect for enjoying your family vacation, located less than 100 meters from Les Marines beach, kilometer 2.5. This single-story house features a fenced private garden encompassing 300 square meters along its perimeter.
From the access gate to the house, you can access the residential area with gardens, an adult and children\'s swimming pool, which has a lifeguard during the summer. There is also a poolside beach bar offering food and drinks.
