Situated on a plot of about 2 hectares with pine forest and olive grove (hectare around the house is completely fenced), it offers a beautiful view of the mountain and the Durance. Private pool 12x6mts glass mosaic with swimming against the current.
It offers great comfort:
Villa, ground floor: 2 double bedrooms, a separate toilet, a bathroom with shower. A kitchen (2 refrigerators / freezers, oven, microwave oven, cooking plate, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, Safety box). A dining room 10/12, TV corner (DVD) with fireplace. A living room with sofa bed. A beautiful veranda with table 10/12 people, sofa and table football.
Floor: 2 air conditioned double suites, one with terrace. Bathrooms stone redone in 2013.
