Positive: We found the apartment very comfortable. It is situated at the third floor, with an elevator. It has a terrace, a washing machine, air conditioning and an equipped kitchen. The building complex has a pool. The apartment is situated 10 min away (by foot) from 2 nice beaches. Shops and restaurants can be found in the nearby. Parking is also very close (right next) to the building. The owner was very nice and we had an excellent communication with her.
Negative: Being situated at the last floor, it gets quite hot. Some nights we had to sleep with the air conditioning turned on. The price-quality ratio is not an optimal one. I found the price to be quite high, but this applies to the whole island. However, this was one of the most conveniently priced options we found in the area, so...
