This luxury villa, located just few steps from the wonderful sandy beach of Isuledda near San Teodoro, is a masterpiece of Sardinian architecture. It was designed by the famous architect Jean Claude Lesuisse, known all over the world for its projects in Costa Smeralda.
The villa is surrounded by a big, perfectly manicured garden of 4.500 m2, with centuries-old olive trees and enjoys a magnificent sea view.
The property has a plenty of external spaces and furnished verandas with dining area, large equipped kitchen, spacious barbecue corner, comfortable lounges and solarium of 50 m2 with a breathtaking view.

The villa consists of 2 floors.
The main floor consists of a living room, kitchen, master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and courtesy bathroom. The bedroom overlooks a spacious panoramic terrace, while the living room has an access to a large covered terrace with dining areas and barbecue.
On the lower floor, there are two double bedrooms with en suite bathroom and access to the patio and a lounge with a TV area.
There is also a fourth bedroom with 2 single beds which can be used for staff or guests with direct access from the garden. There is a big private swimming pool of 80 square meters with a maximum depth of 1.80 meters and a minimum of 1.20 meters and a hot tube located on the hill of the garden where you could enjoy a unique panoramic view. High quality materials, such as Orosei marble, solid wood interior furnishings, handmade Vietri stone mosaics complete this property of charme.
The villa is also equipped with a Sonos outdoor Bluetooth speaker.
Water and gas costs are included in the price.
NOTE:
- In case of cancellation within the terms of which a refund is expected, a 25,00 euro cancellation management fee will be charged. Bank transfer costs are not refundable
- Electricity should be paid separately at the end of the stay on consumption.
- The daily room cleaning service and eventually a deeper cleaning or linen change is considered an extra service on request.
