Summary: Clean room, AC was great, staff were helpful. The virtual check-in was smoother than I thought. Only thing that I thought could use improvement was that my room (2) was on the ground floor with floor-to-ceiling windows that opened directly onto the porch/front area. I kept them curtained and closed for privacy as a result... perhaps frost the lower half of the glass so that people outside cannot see in?
