Travel Purpose: business
Positive: Michael was very helpful and helped resolve the most urgent issues. The TV was great and furniture was plentiful for two people. The flat is very well put together, the bed and aircon were good, the shutters effective. The location is quiet and convenient. Parking was easy to find (in August).
Negative: It was not too easy to retrieve the keys, bring a torch! The kitchen has minimum equipment, no bottle nor cork opener, and no sponge to clean the dishes. No soap or handwash was provided, and only a single roll of toilet paper for two people for 4 nights stay. Two (single use) hair/body wash bottles were provided. We had to use one of those to wash our hands. Really stingy and not what is expected for a short stay! The internet was not connected and also proved not suitable for video calls. This was resolved as Michael provided a hotspot in the end (thank you!) but it required a lot of persistence and time spent. The emailed instructions for the internet were also not correct.
Summary: Great pictures set high expectations for your stay - but do not expect it all
