Hidden Falls Hideaway is the perfect spot for boating, fishing, entertaining or enjoying a beautiful Texas sunset. With three outdoor areas to enjoy, two of which are right on Lake Marble Falls, you will have plenty of fun in the sun or relaxing on the decks. The property is both very seculed and conveniently located. Directly across the lake from the City of Marble Falls Lakeside Park, this home is ideally situated for viewing the Lakefest drag boat races in June or the 4th of July city fireworks show (front row seats for both events). And of course, there are great views of the Walkway of Lights in November and December.
The home has two bedrooms, two full bathrooms and one half bath. The master bedroom is downstairs with a king size bed and a gorgeous newly remodeled bathroom, walk-in closet and laundry room with washer and dryer. Upstairs, there is another large bedroom with a queen bed, plus a twin over full bunkbed and another walk-in closet. The second bath is upstairs as well with a shower and tub combo. Both bedrooms have a ceiling fan, cable TV, and dvd players. The kitchen was recently updated and has new appliances and granite counters. Coffee maker, Keurig, toaster and a blender are supplied, along with everything you should need to prepare a meal . The dining area seats 6 when the table is pulled away from the wall and there is room for 3 at the kitchen counter. The living area has a ceiling fan, cable TV, high speed internet and a dvd player. The half bath is between the living and kitchen area. In the entryway foyer, there is ample storage for shoes, hats and lake gear. Right off the living area is a fabulous porch with a view of the lake and a relaxed seating area. Ambient string lights make this such a pleasant outdoor space in the evening. There is a bar area with access through a screen door. Inside the bar area you will find more dining seating, cabinets and counter space. There is a largescreen TV that is viewable from the entire porch when the windows are pulled up.
A beautiful green lawn takes you down to the lake where there's a pavillion with seating, ceiling fans, grill, fire pit and a refrigerator. A double boat slip is there with one slip available to you, if you need it. Or, bring your jet skis and dock them on the electric jet ski dock available to you. Paddle board, fish, kayak, swim, or float the day away right there off the dock. There is ladder to get you safely back on the dock. Or, if you are feeling adventurous, climb the stairs to the upper deck and jump into the lake below! This is a favorite activity for our family. Please, no diving though. On the upper deck, there's a patio set with umbrella and is really a beautiful view and a great place to catch the sunset. If you bring a boat or a jet ski, take a ride down towards the dam where the water is cool and deep. Enjoy the cliffs and beautiful scenery here. Lake Marble Falls is a great lake for wakeboarding, as well as jet skiing and tubing.
There are two public boat ramps within 5 minutes. When you are ready to call it a day, Main Street in downtown Marble Falls has shopping and dining available. World famous Bluebonnet Cafe is within walking distance across the bridge, and Starbucks is just up the hill. Horseshoe Bay is 15 minutes down the road for golfing and/or tennis. Fredericksburg wineries and shopping are within an hour's drive. It is central to all that the Hill Country has to offer, with all the luxuries of lake living at your disposal.
