Super easy bike ride to downtown, our tax-free Tanger Outlets are right around the corner, or quick & easy access to the Junction and Breakwater Trail. The Junction and Breakwater Trail is a 6-mile long rail trail on the southwestern side of the Cape Henlopen State Park. Great bike ride! For your convenience, a bike rental shop is just one block away. Plenty of parking, a community pool, quiet and clean community.
This townhome offers five bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, sleeps 10-12 people comfortably, has one car garage, three balconies, free Wi-Fi, cable, a rear patio, and over 3200 square feet of beautifully decorated living space. The first floor offers a primary suite with a queen bed & ensuite. The second level provides the main living space, large kitchen, living room, powder room, and rear balcony. The third level offers a full hall bathroom, a primary suite with a queen bed & ensuite, a bedroom with a pyramid bunk bed, and another bedroom with two twins & twin trundle. The top-level/4th level offers a huge primary suite with a queen bed, ensuite, and a full futon for additional sleeping.
Very conveniently located close to all of Rehoboth amenities, a walking path available for easy access to Rehoboth Ave, a community playground just a block away, and so much more. This is a Saturday-Saturday rental, available to rent all year, no smoking and no pets permitted.
LOCATION: Right off of Rehoboth Ave. Easy walk to beach and boardwalk.
PARKING: Two parking spots in front of the townhouse and overflow available in the community.
