Positive: The size and general quality of the property is excellent. Great tech and amenities. Location brilliant too - Candelaria is a lovely town and a short walk away.

Negative: The pool is advertised as heated. It isn’t. We were told by the host that the heater had broke, with no specified date for fixing. Given this booking was in winter, a heated pool was one of the most important criteria for our stay. Incredibly disappointing and partly ruined the trip tbh. Separately, the advertised gym and golf putting area look good in pictures, but poor in reality. Pretty low quality - the gym kit comes from the 80s and the putting area is an afterthought and feels like any use will break it.

Summary: Great location and property, but pool is not heated as advertised.
