Restored homestead with the ambience and charm of yesteryear yet all facilities are up to date. Maple Grove is set amongst 3 acres of trees some 100yrs old and boasts 2 BBQ areas one east one west for your convenience. We treat all guests like family (if they desire) or stay to of the way for you to relax your own way.
Not the typical homestay where guests are restricted to their space and the hosts theirs. we have been running for well over a year now and hosted wedding parties, travellers, fisher folk, world bank foreign aid students and more. We also take wwoofers from time to time and all testimonials are 100% some are on our website some in the guest book . 100 plus have stayed here in our short tenure. Listen to the birds and even watch the fantails at the window when shoring, the main bathroom has one way glass.
West facing gets lots of afternoon sun and overlooks the north and west gardens. Has Queen bed and King single bed. Double occupancy $120 triple occupancy $180 tariff includes breakfast
