HOUSE MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE
We want your stay to feel comfortable, predictable, and never interrupted. Here’s our weekly schedule so you always know what to expect:
Garbage & Recycling
• Garbage Pickup: Tuesday morning
Bins are located at the front of the house
You do NOT need to take bins to the curb unless you want to.
We handle it for you — you're on vacation! Stick the bag outside the back door and we will take care of it!
Pool Service
• Pool Guy Day: Thursday morning (usually at 6am)
He enters the backyard briefly, does a quick clean, and leaves.
No interaction is required.
Lawn Care
• Lawn Care Day: Thursday
They may be visible in the yard for a short period.
Our landscaping team is friendly, quiet, and efficient.
OUR PET-FRIENDLY PHILOSOPHY
We absolutely love hosting animals, and we hope your furry friends feel right at home.
Pet Expectations
• Pets must be friendly and well-behaved
• Let us know your pet’s type and breed before arrival
• Clean up after your pet in the yard
• Pets left alone must be crated or trustworthy “good dogs”
• Excessive shedding or mess may result in an added cleaning fee
We want all our guests — human and four-legged — to feel relaxed and welcome. We are a pet free home and can be available to baby sit your fur babies if you are going on a day time adventure. We are available for potty breaks and checkins as well as pet sitting in the main house.

AIR CONDITIONING & COMFORT
Your comfort matters. To keep the space cool:
• Use the thermostat to adjust temperature
• Keep doors and windows closed when A/C is on
• Ideal temp range: 72–76°F
If you have any trouble with the A/C, message us anytime. The unit in the apartment only controls the apartment temperature. The temp change will not effect us at all so feel free to adjust to your comfort level.

REMOTE CONTROL GUIDE
MINISPLIT A/C AND HEAT – We have found that keeping the A/C around 74 is comfortable for most people but please feel free to put the temp at whatever makes you comfortable. For those that are light sleepers you can turn off the “glow” that comes from the A/C by clicking the LED light on the remote control. The A/C will remain on but the light will turn off.
OVERHEAD FAN/LIGHT- Please use just the remote to change the fan speed and light dim/on/off. If it isnt turning on please make sure the switch near the kitchenette is flipped on.
HALLWAY LIGHTS – You can put the motion activated lights in several different modes. If it is in night or day mode it will light up when you walk in the little hallway. You can also turn it off completely if it is bothering your sleep. (They do sometimes turn on if you roll over ),
ROKU TV Remote- If there is a streaming service that is not already logged in please feel free to log in using your account info, we will make sure it is logged out when you leave. You should be able to log into Netflix and Hulu using our account.
