Just minutes from the convenience of downtown Chelan, this beautifully appointed 3 bedroom home with 2 bedroom detached Casita, offers stunning unobstructed 180 degree views of Lake Chelan, Stormy Mountain and Chelan Butte with the quiet serenity of being at the top of the hill.
The front covered lake-facing deck offers breathtaking lake and mountain vistas as well as easy access to the fenced private heated outdoor pool and high-end Jacuzzi hot tub. The pool area offers comfortable chaise lounges and rocking chairs in addition to the fun Tiki bar for serving up your favorite beverage. The garden-facing back covered deck offers unparalleled tranquility in the cooler morning hours. The garden offers sweet blueberries, raspberries and grapes in season with apples and pears on the trees next to the driveway in the fall. If you are very quiet, you may see deer on the hillside in the early morning and around dusk.
MAIN HOUSE-MAIN LEVEL: Offers a spacious open great room floor plan between the kitchen, dining and living areas with amazing lake view and access to the wrap-around covered deck. A fully stocked kitchen with everything you ll need for cooking including electric stove, microwave, full size refrigerator, dishwasher and propane BBQ just outside the kitchen door. The Great Room with flat screen TV/DVD offers a selection of board games, Movie DVD s, comfortable furnishings and propane gas fireplace (available in winter at owner s discretion). A Powder Room half-bath for guests off the great room adjoins the Laundry with a full size washer and dryer. BEDROOM #1: The main floor Master Bedroom offers luxurious King Bed and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, double sinks and walk-in closet. The hardwood flooring from the great room area continues into the Master with tile flooring in the Master Bath. A flat screen TV with DISH programming is found in the Master Bedroom as well.
The MAIN HOUSE-UPPER LEVEL: A carpeted stairway leads to the upper level hallway and bedrooms. BEDROOM #2: Guest Bedroom ("Trout") with comfy Queen Bed and a lake view; BEDROOM #3: Guest Bedroom ("Cruiser") with comfy Queen Bed and a garden view; A MINI-BEDROOM with a built-in alcove with twin bed; A Large Guest Full Bathroom with tub/shower and lake view accommodates the upper level bedrooms. All the bedrooms offer a night stands and bedside reading lamps. The home is air-conditioned for your comfort, though if the weather is not too warm, we love to have the windows open at night to listen for the coyotes in the distance.
The CASITA ABOVE THE GARAGE: Take the exterior stairs up to the charming Casita above the garage which features a kitchenette with a refrigerator, sink, microwave, dining and cozy living area with a flat screen TV. BEDROOM #4: Guest Bedroom ("Seattle") with a cozy Queen Bed and BEDROOM #5: Guest Bedroom with a cozy Queen Bed. A 3/4 Bathroom with a walk-in shower is shared by the two bedrooms. The Casita also has a private deck to enjoy the lake views overlooking the pool and hot tub. Individually controlled heating/cooling mini-split units in the Casita in the living room area and each bedroom keep the area comfortable year -round.
*The Home and Casita combined are spacious enough for up to 10 people MAXIMUM (including children over age 2).
* Free Wireless High Speed Internet access and Dish satellite TV provided for your convenience.
*All bedrooms feature high-end cushion firm mattresses, duvet-covered comforters, anti-allergy mattress and pillow protectors in addition to comfort mattress pads.
*The kidney-shaped lake view heated pool is 3-1/2 feet deep in the shallow end and 5-1/2 feet in the deep end. The hot tub seats 5-6 adults comfortably. All fully fenced. The Private Outdoor pool will be fully functional approximately May 1 thru September 30 depending on weather conditions.
* 7 night minimum June, July and August
* Primary renter must be minimum of 30 years of age.
*Before accepting a reservation I must have back a signed copy of the houses rental agreement and rules along with a copy of the primary renter's drivers licence.
* NO SMOKING or open fires of any kind on the premises inside or outside to reduce the risk of wildland fires.

* We limit the number of guests in order to prevent excess strain on our septic system from overuse.
