Brand new porcelain tile flooring throughout the house! Three bedrooms share a central AC system and the large, airy great room has its own AC unit. The great room features high ceilings, a dining area, and opens up to a well-equipped kitchen with granite countertops and professional Viking appliances. There is plenty of room with 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, 1 half bath, another bathroom by the pool area with an outdoor shower and an office with yet another amazing view of the surrounding islands, all on the same level! Each of the secondary bedrooms also has its own desk and chair.
The spacious main-level master suite features a king-size bed with seating, a closet, and a large bathroom with more incredible views! On the other side of the hallway are 2 bedrooms, which share a bathroom and have two beds in each room. A powder room is also located in the nearby hallway.
