Walk to all the downtown area restaurants, shops and entertainment. There are six restaurants alone on the building's block.
The condo is also one block from the Durango and Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad Depot and Durango's downtown movie theater. Lifestyle in this condo is like staying at a luxury resort with dining and entertainment options adjacent and of the highest quality.
The condo features a cocktail arcade game (With 60 classic games), a fully stocked kitchen, high speed WIFI, washer/dryer, Cable TV and a deck with a BBQ grill.
