This forest home is situated on 1 acre and has a large wrap around deck that is partially covered. Enjoy watching wildlife stroll through the yard as you sip your morning coffee or soak in the relaxing 7 person hot tub.
Two bedrooms are upstairs and two downstairs allowing room to spread out. Plenty of hiking and exploring to do right from the house. Minutes from National forest land. 20 minutes from woodland park. 50 minutes from Colorado Springs. Grocery store within 10 minutes. 1 hr and 45 minutes to Breckenridge. Just under 2 hours from Denver CO. Come enjoy the fresh air and quiet mountain life.
