This renovated office is now a quaint house that provides a haven in the countryside. The property provides a large parking space and access to a swimming pool. The master bedroom has a queen bed & 2 spacious closets. The second bedroom provides 2 twin beds. An additional twin-sized trundle is available upon request. There is a dining area and pantry, kitchen with microwave, refrigerator, stove & oven. A living room area with a full-size sleeper sofa and a laundry room with a washer & dryer.
Bath towels, swim towels, and linens are provided.
Rental is available for a 2 night minimum and 7 day maximum. Located adjacent/backyard of the owner’s home. We have 1 cat and 1 Great Pyrenees that roam the yard. They are both very friendly.
Located between Cullman and Arab for a variety of restaurants, shopping, and entertainment choices!
*For fisherman: We also have an additional gravel area for boat parking if needed, located beside the rental house. We also have an area for charging boat batteries if needed. It is between Smith Lake and Guntersville Lake, making it a great place to stay if competing or attending fishing tournaments!
*For Rock the South visitors: We are located 15 minutes from Cullman.
