Each of the three bedrooms feature new furniture with the most comfortable mattresses you will sleep on while traveling. The first bedroom contains two twin beds. The second bedroom has a queen bed in it. The master bedroom has a king size bed. Each bedroom has comfortable pillows and linens that match the room's decor as well as work desks USB charging bedroom lamps and sturdy nightstands.
The living room features plenty of seating with comfy new couches that also allows for an additional place for a guest or two to sleep. This area has a 55-inch Roku enabled TV with Netflix and local channels already setup for guests to use. You're welcome to download any other channels and use your own logins to watch whatever you like as well as use the screen mirroring function to mirror from tablets and laptops.
The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook your own meals during your stay and the laundry area is located just off the kitchen.
The dining area has seating for guests and friends to stop by and features a nice view out the large back window.
The bathrooms are clean updated and stocked with all the linens and toiletries one might need throughout their stay. Miscellaneous items are stored in the cabinet space under the sink. Shampoo and body wash is provided in each of the bathrooms.
The backyard is large fenced in and includes plenty of room to enjoy the West Texas sunsets. Parking in the front has plenty of space for several vehicles and there is always free parking available on the street. This property is located in a cul-de-sac which ensures a quiet stay.
This is NOT a pet friendly home. Bringing a pet with you will result in a fine of at least $250 plus any damages caused by the pet as the owner has severe allergies.
Our interaction with guests is very minimal. The front door has a keypad so that you may let yourselves in and out. Once you have booked, please refer to the check-in instructions for entry codes. Please only use the keypad lock to lock the door.

Polo Ridge is located in the Rush neighborhood which is a safe, well established neighborhood located a 2 miles west of Texas Tech University and right next to a Higgenbotham Park. Very easy access to shopping (supermarket is 1 mile away), dining, and entertainment. This home is a 5 minute drive to the west side of TTU campus.
The house is close to the Marsha Sharp Freeway (Highway 62/82), Loop 289, Quaker Avenue, and the interstate, making it a very convenient location for getting around the city.
Other than Uber, Lubbock has poor transportation options, so it is recommended that you have a vehicle. Depending on your plans, you may be able to get by without a vehicle - let us know and we can help you decide!
