2 Bedroom Chalet with a Loft ,1.5 Baths. Mini split Air conditioning unit in the MAIN ROOM ONLY . Propane fireplace and baseboard electric in all rooms. Dishwasher , washer dryer newly renovated throughout. Master bedroom with queen bed /bath. Second bedroom double bunk with single on top.
full sofa bed in the family room Spiral stair case takes you to the loft with partial winter views of the Lake . Loft contains a day bed with a roll out trundle along with a Futon bed, TV, DVD player board games and Atari game.
Large front deck with with plenty of chairs for entertaining plus a gas Grill . Separate fire pit area out back with benches and chairs for use during those cool nights.
Property is rented with a 3 person canoe , Adult kayak, kids Kayak and Inner tubes for all day fun on the 90 acre lake. It's recommend that a life jacket be worn at all times when using flotation devises on the Lake. It's also recommended that under no circumstances should anyone dive from these devises head first into the lake. Boats are located at the Marina its less than a 4 min walk from the house to the Lake , where you will also find playground, bathrooms and the swim area. Big Bass Lake is an HOA community and use of the lakes, indoor pool ,outdoor pool , basketball courts and Tennis courts do require daily passes. The office can provide you with the current cost. PROPERTY RENTAL DOES NOT INCLUDE SHEETS OR TOWELS, Pillows and comforters are provided.
