Temporary membership fees are mandatory and are assessed to all rentals for occupants age 6 and over. (THIS IS PAID DIRECTLY TO ARROWHEAD LAKE AND IS SEPARATE FROM NIGHTLY FEES).
- $8.50 in season (Memorial weekend - Labor day) per person (age 6 & up)
- $2.00 off season (September -May) per person (age 6 & up)
Vehicle Gate Card Fee: $20 per vehicle
Non-refundable Administrative Fee: $20

-Temporary Membership fees and Vehicle Gate Card fees are only refundable if the owner/agent of
cancels the rental registration with ALCA not less than three (3) days prior to arrival. The Administration Transaction ree is non-retundable regardless o a cancelled rental registration. Once
approved, refunds will be returned to the credit card used for original payment

-changes to any aspect of the rental registration must be made not less than 3-days prior to the arrival date. Otherwise a LATE FEE OF $100 WILL BE IMPOSED. NO SAME DAY REGISTRATIONS ARE ALLOWED. This wIll allow you to:
Increase the number of occupants (age 6 and up) staying the full duration of the rental.
Add a vehicle.
Add a guest vehicle.
Swap vehicle information no charge.
If a renter will have quests during their stay, all guests must be registered. Guests of a renter are
considered temporary members and fees apply.
GUEST FEES ARE SAME AS MEMBERSHIP DAILY FEES. IN SEASON $8.50/ OFF SEASON $2.00
