This 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath duplex has it all! With unbelievable views from the outdoor patios & dock. You will be able to enjoy lake life like no other with our private salt water swimming pool & hot tub.
We have a fully stocked kitchen and a propane grill to use during your stay.
There are two dedicated parking spots under a carport and extra guest parking that is on a first come basis.
This is a quiet neighborhood with full time residence, please be respectful of neighbors, security will be called on noise complaints.
If you want to heat the main pool, there will be a $40 fee per day.
Nightly rate includes required 7% City of Conroe accommodations tax.
