Summary: This condo, for the most part, is a decent condo for the price, with an awesome view of downtown Dallas. It is very spacious with large bedrooms and nice sized bathrooms. Great for big families. Pros: very spacious, amazing views, large balcony, gated parking garage, codes to get into the lobby, garage, and condo which made it feel secure, some aesthetics in the condo that are very nice and feel high end, full kitchen so you can cook and keep groceries, washer and dryer inside the condo, easy walk to the Kay Bailey Hutchinson convention center, thermostat on both the first and second floor, high end fixtures in the showers, lots of closet space, wifi Cons: The place is in some serious need of TLC, cracks in the walls, the ceiling, dents, knicks, scratches on the walls and door frames, needs some paint, I noticed smears of God knows what on the walls everywhere, light switches were dirty, handrail for the stairs was dirty, toilets seats were loose and one toilet was turned and loose, the pans in the kitchen are very scratched up and not able to be used, not enough silverware (we were a family of 6) not enough towels and wash cloths for the 6 of us, We stayed for 5 nights and were left only one packet of detergent, only left one pod of dishwashing detergent, some lights did not turn on..Would be an amazing condo if it was taken care of very well. But we managed and enjoyed our stay.
