Osprey Landing is located approximately two minutes from one of the Finger Lakes most beautiful and diverse cities, Ithaca, NY. Visit Buttermilk, Triphammer, or Taughannock Falls; tour the Cornell Plantations and gorges or enjoy some wine or micro-brewery tastings. In downtown Ithaca, you will find an outdoor pedestrian mall with plenty of amazing restaurants, cafes, and specialty shops. For cyclists, the Ithaca area offers amazing cycling for all, be it: road (take on the areas hill challenges as well as quite country roads), gravel (many rail-trails and park pathways), or mountain biking.
An active set of train tracks can be found between the house and lakefront. The train goes through sporadically and at a very, very slow pace. Guests of all ages, especially younger children, can't wait to see the train pass by!
