Positive: The location was very convenient, just a 5–10 minute walk from shops and restaurants. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The overall concept and design of the hotel are modern and very appealing. We also really enjoyed the massage and mini facial experience, which was excellent.

Negative: The main issue for us was cleanliness, which could be improved. We noticed similar standards in other places as well, but it still affected our experience. The rooms would benefit from some renovation and maintenance. Additionally, breakfast was served in a patio without air conditioning, making it uncomfortable to enjoy due to the heat.
