Review Score: 6

Summary: Overall, a great place physically to stay and in a good area of the city. I felt very safe and was in minutes walk to many food places/the train station. However, the communication with the property was horrendous. I did not receive my check in info until 3:30 the day of. I had to make several calls just to receive this information. They take weeks to respond to a simple question and overall a headache to deal with.
