Small condo with big personality and our beach access is directly across from our driveway. Located just one mile from The Hangout on beautiful West Beach Blvd, Moonraker is a low density condo with an onsite pool. Covered parking for one vehicle but guest parking for one additional vehicle. This condo has 2 double beds in master and a loveseat with a pullout twin bed in den. Depending on size of person, the super comfy memory foam beds can sleep 2 people each and 1 on pullout twin=total 5 maximum. This unit has 1 bath and smaller water heater so no more than 5 allowed(it also has limited hanging space). It's 420sq feet but has a full kitchen with regular size fridge,stove, dishwasher and microwave. The kitchen is well equipped to cook every meal if needed. Flat screen tv's are in master and smart large one in den. Free wi-fi and cable tv. Streaming can be done on den smart tv. Outside on covered patio is a wooden picnic table to have meals in the salty air. Moonraker condos are in the same block as Waves Grocery Store (also is a package store for liqour, beer or wine), The Beach House Restaurant (delicious food and fabulous happy hour prices), a fresh seafood market and an ice cream parlor (these last two may be seasonal) all a short walk to the west. You literally could park your car and not get back in it until you check out. The beach access directly across our driveway is to the left of the high rise Seacrest and we have a deeded boardwalk and shower right there. The public beach access is a little further down east but has a public restroom at that walkover. Our condo is so close that you wouldn't need that. Beach chairs are not provided but you can rent chairs and umbrellas daily on the beach (seasonal). A grill is provided downstairs for condo guests, no grills allowed on deck. No dogs are allowed except for owners pets per HOA rules. No smoking or vaping in condo. No loud music and pool closes at 10pm. Coin laundry is provided in opposite building downstairs. A starter kit of supplies is provided including 1 roll of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bag, dishwasher pod for use at check out as cleaning crew will unload. I also provide a Kuireg mini and 2 pods.
