Our Ranch style house is a great place to escape! The home sits on a 1/2 acre that backs to a golf course with no fence. This 1/2 acre lends itself nicely to a roomy and secluded environment. RV Parking, 3 patio areas, a private area with the hot tub, tv, sitting areas, water fountain and privacy. Close to Hwy 15 to set out to your vacation destinies!

Our parking space is large enough for RV parking if you want to get off the road and stay awhile. As you enter the home thru the gate there is a beautiful water fountain with an on and off switch. There are sitting areas thruout to listen to the soothing water fall while sipping your favorite beverage, reading or doing whatever makes you happy! Entering the keyless home is easy (code will be supplied). As you enter the home you will immediately see thru the large windows the golf course view. Watch the golfers for swing tips, or just watch for the love of the game - and it is all right off the back patio. This patio/grass area is not fenced in and guests are not allowed on the golf course, but a minute away is the golf club to sign up to play a round of golf! There is a newly revamped Pickleball court too... lots of Pickleball players. Social groups play MWT $5.00!
Back to the house. Just to the right of the main patio is a private fenced area where you will enjoy the hot tub, sitting areas, a tv, a large table for dinning under the tree, a hammock to get your tan on, and a nice patch of turf for yoga or just to lay on and watch the stars at night. While in the hot tub or while in that part of the patio you can open the half gate to view the golf course and golfers as shown in the property pictures. At the other side of the house is the gas fired bbq grill and more space to move around. When in season there is a small garden that offers basil, cherry tomatoes, zucchini, mint, oregano, thyme all for your creative cooking dishes. The kitchen is quaint with more windows again to look out to the course while making your favorite meals. You will find all your supplies necessary of ample pots and pans and utensils for indoor dining at the large farm table or outdoor dining. The bedrooms are cozily decorated, and the renovated closets are perfect for all your belongings, including extra towels, beach towels for the hot tub, and extra sheets for extended stays. The bathrooms are recently renovated, one with a bathtub and one with a shower. At the front of the property is a fun photo opportunity spot with a 10' cactus and wine barrel that we call the Wild West area. When In season, in July, the Peach tree is blooming, and in November, Thanksgiving, the Mandarin tree is loaded!
