You can whip up your favorite meal in the chef’s kitchen, which has a 36” cooktop with 6 burners. You can also keep your drinks cold in a wine / beverage refrigerator. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a selection of pots, pans, and baking utensils, inviting you to explore your culinary and baking adventures.
Prepare a tasty drink at the fully equipped bar, which also has an espresso machine, a Keurig coffee maker and a milkshake station.
Taking the spiral stairs up to the second level, you'll find three bedrooms all equipped with Roku TVs. We have a stocked beach closet with beach chairs, umbrellas and sand toys. However, if these items are stolen and/or broken, we cannot guarantee their availability.

🐞 Wildlife/Bugs
Expect to encounter wildlife. We often see dolphins in the water and bald eagles or other falcons flying around. There will be bugs! A cost of being so close to water. Consider packing bug spray, and please keep all doors/windows to the house closed when not in use.

The house has 4 parking spaces that are shared between both units. Your reservation will come with 2 parking spaces.
🦮 Pet limitations
We are unable to accommodate animals other than dogs at this time.

We are a dog friendly property and we have a phenomenal cleaning team but they are human so there is a possibility for human error, if there is an issue during your stay let us know and we will try to address it! Since we are dog friendly, those with severe allergies will need to consider our home’s suitability for their unique needs.
🤫 Quiet Hours
10PM-7AM: You MUST keep noise to a minimum from 10pm to 7am. This is a city requirement. Noise can travel easily, and we are in regular communication with neighbors. We request guests be respectful of the neighbors and quiet hours.

The gas fireplaces are only on during winter. If you plan to use them, please check with us first to see if they'll be on and available for your use during your visit.
