Positive: Villa is amazing. Great for a group of friends or families since each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and the common space is very big. Looks just like the pictures if not better. Also the hosts keep the property very clean. You could spend your whole vacation happily at the villa.
Negative: The location is 15 min from pylos but we hadn’t realized it was through village roads. You need a car to get to beaches and even restaurants. There really isn’t much to do in walking distance if the villa. But you’re a short drive to pylos which has everything (beach, restaurant, markets, pharmacy, shopping)
Summary: serene getaway from the touristy beach towns. Highly recommend
