This home is a lower suite with no stairs, surrounded by landscaped gardens. Follow the slate path from the gravel parking lot, through the white gate and onto your private, exclusive deck. Feel free to wander the garden path and have a coffee by the water rocks, where the birds like to gather.
There is a slight step to enter the private front entrance.
Inside the suite, find the open-concept living room/dining room/kitchen. Settle in here to enjoy a movie on the Smart TV and warm up in front of the gas fireplace. The couch in the living room also unfolds into a queen-size sofa bed. Up against the wall, there is a work desk and chair.
The modern kitchen includes a full-size electric oven/stove, fridge/freezer, and all flatware, glasses, and essential cooking equipment. The dining table has four chairs. You also enjoy in-suite private laundry.
