Summary: Hands down, the one of the best rentals we've ever booked. The location is absolutely unmatched—walk out the sliding doors onto the beach and step out of the front gate onto the North Shore's famous bike path. Heaven. The house is walking distance to food trucks, the grocery store and several beaches. The location and views from the house are absolutely stunning—we were rarely inside. We traveled with our 2 year old son and the yard was a perfect and safe place to play. Our one note is that the amenities in the house itself didn't exactly make for a "luxury" stay. Towels provided were old/stained and there was a strong mildew smell in the washing machine. We spend most of our time outside on the sand so these weren't big issues for us. Also worth noting that there is no A/C in the house. This was mostly not an issue for our April stay but one of the bedroom ceiling fans wasn't working and consequently temperatures in that room easily reached the mid-80s. Overall you will not regret booking—just bring your own towels!
