The holiday home is on the second floor of an elegant building without a lift, from the balcony of the house (as you can see from the photo) you can enjoy an exceptional sea view perhaps while having breakfast or dinner.

The apartment is on two levels:

- the first level consists of a kitchenette, a large bright living room with 2 sofa beds, a bedroom, a bathroom with tub and balcony.

- the second level consists of a small room with bunk beds, bathroom and terrace equipped with hot / cold shower and a wonderful sea view.

For a comfortable holiday, despite the availability of more beds, we accept no more than 4 people.

The apartment is located in a strategic position, Punta di Otranto area, and quiet, very close to both free beaches and equipped beaches such as Lido Atlantis and Lido Fuorirotta.

In addition, the center and the promenade can be easily reached with a 5-minute walk on a path that will accompany you up to the walls of the suggestive historical center of Otranto and the Aragonese Castle, one of the most characteristic of the province of Lecce.

The area is served by all the necessary services. Within 250 meters there are 4 supermarkets with butchers and fruit shops, a ready chef, a tobacconist, three bars, a restaurant, as well as a hairdresser and a church.

The house is equipped with flat screen TV, washing machine, air conditioning.
