Our 3-bed, 3-bath townhome is perfect for a family trip located in the heart of the Rockies. Situated right on Eagle River, the sunset views from the deck are beautiful. In addition to the immediate views of the Eagle River, guests can walk a short five (5) minutes across the water for boating and fly fishing. Located next to recreation paths, and within walking distance to downtown Eagle. Skiing is only 20-30 minutes away.
The 1680 square feet of our townhome has been beautifully remodled to ensure guests have a great experience in the home with its new applicances, updated interior design, and modern feel. The home is truly equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay in and is located next to recreation paths, and within walking distance to downtown Eagle. Ski resorts are only 20-30 minutes away.

The TVs in all the rooms means relaxing and cozying up to your favorite shows and movies is easy, and there is pletny of space through out the home to enjoy a quite part of the house to yourself or have gatherings with everyone in the group. The Eagle's Nest is an awesome option for high quality mountain experiences without having to pay resort level costs.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
