Located in the heart of King West - one of the city's trendiest & most central neighbourhoods. Abundance of natural light and beautiful design make this a unique property, perfect for romantic getaways, business trips and group outings. Enjoy great views, high-speed wifi & a home away from home feeling. The Space: My modern, unique and spacious (1276 sqft) loft condo is in pristine condition. Situated in the most vibrant part of Toronto, it allows the guests to get the most out of Canada's trendiest city. You can't beat this location. The King West area is known for it's top notch restaurants and bustling cafes and bars. Great shopping, art galleries/museums, theatre, TIFF events, grocery store (5 min to Sobey's, open 7 days a week) and the waterfront are all within walking distance. Public transit is easy and at doorsteps. The apartment is is fully furnished with premium mid century modern furniture, Sonos audio installation, fireplace, smart tv and high speed internet. The master bedroom has a comfy king Casper mattress, private balcony and private marble bathroom with bathtub. The other two rooms have high quality queen mattresses and share a spacious marble washroom with bathtub. The kitchen is fully equipped for 8 person dinner parties, has a Nespresso machine, microwave, oven and giant table. The living room also comes with an additional double mattress, and so the unit can sleep 8 people in total. The property has 2 spacious balconies with patio furniture, romantic lighting and gorgeous views over the city and lake. The top tier apartment building is outfitted with a gym, lobby, office space, 70ft pool, whirlpool and Turkish steam room. On site ironing, hair dryers, laundry machine, laundry dryer are available for your convenience. Besides check-in/check-out cleaning, cleaning services are offered upon request against additional service fee. Please feel free to contact me with any questions in regards to the property. Guest Access: Guests can arrive at any time after 4PM and I will remotely let them into the building using a buzzer, they do are not required to check in with the concierge but are free to go up immediately with one of the three elevators. There will be a fob to the building on the kitchen table. Guests will have access to full apartment and all amenities of the building. Check out is before 10AM. If you are coming earlier or leaving later I am happy to help store your baggage on site until the apartment is ready. If we don't have other guest coming or leaving in the same day we will do our best to organize your check in/out at your convenience. Apartment is always professionally cleaned throughout prior to check in and check out. Mail: Should you wish to receive any packages or mail during the stay you will have to make arrangements with the host at confirmation of reservation. At no time will a mail key be given to guests. Internet / Downloading: Internet usage is for typical daily use. The host will not take any responsibility for any illegal downloading of pirated content, or content in which does not directly belong to host/guest. Should an issue arise, all guests information will be forwarded to the authorities. On Demand Television: Guest is responsible for paying for all "On Demand" services ordered from television and or internet network. Should guest not be compliant it will be deducted from their deposit. Security in the building is very good. Full-time 24hr Concierge followed by restricted elevator access to those in possession of a resident key card, cameras on the interior and exterior of the building. Zero tolerance to noisy guests and will result in the removal of your booking without refund. Interaction with Guests: I will sometimes come by personally to welcome the guests but usually it's most convenient for both parties to just enter the apartment by me buzzing them up remotely. I'm always available by phone/text to answer any questions or if there are any problems. House Rules: No smoking No parties or events Check-in is anytime after 4PM This reservation has a Flexible cancellation policy - refunds will be issued up to 30 days prior to the check in date. A 100% refund is provided for travellers cancelling at least 30 days before check-in. A 50% refund of the rental amount is provided for travellers cancelling from 14 to 29 days before check-in. No refunds are provided for travellers cancelling less than 14 days prior to check-in. Our house rules: no smoking, no parties or events, pets permitted.
