This newly constructed townhome in the luxury Palmilla Beach Resort is the perfect getaway whether you’re looking for a siesta, a fiesta, or a little of both! Staying at “Casita Palmilla” includes access to Palmilla’s private beach experience, where Guest Services set up chairs and umbrellas on the beach for you! When you’re back at Casita Palmilla, walk 20 steps out the door to access one of two of the resort’s shared pools which are heated during winter months, golf course, and bar. Extra perks include a dedicated garage parking spot, covered decks with Adirondack chairs, 4K smart TVs, high-speed Wi-Fi, a ping-pong table, arcade cabinet, and two large living rooms for games, movies, and entertainment! The main living area has a 4K smart TV with Sonos speakers, while a pristine kitchen is equipped with quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances, including a gas stove and French-door fridge. The top-floor lounge and bunk room present another place to kick back, fitted with another 4K smart TV, Sonos speakers, and two built-in bunks.
During the summer, poolside cabanas, golf carts, beach chairs, and umbrellas are available to rent! Enjoy a designated area at the beach with air-conditioned bathrooms and food services. For on-site dining, you’ll find the exquisite Black Marlin Seaside Grill, REDS Patio Bar, and the Agave Poolside Cantina. The newly redesigned 9-hole course incorporates the best of true links-style play and winds its way throughout the Palmilla Beach Resort Community.

There is currently major construction occurring on new homes in the area. No current homes or amenities will be affected, though construction equipment may be visible and views may be obstructed in some areas. Construction has been scheduled during certain times of the day to minimize noise and potential disturbances to guests. The work is scheduled to conclude in the next year.

Summary: Absolutely beautiful & comfortable home...except for the mold issue in the kitchen. At first the home seemed spotless minus what looked like old water damage in the kitchen above the stove area, however, having asthma I was up all night coughing from a flare-up and couldn't figure out why. 2 days into our trip we noticed the ceiling in the kitchen start dripping water and opening the cabinets around the stove revealed an extensive mold issue. I immediately called Vacasa and was informed there was a prior ticket for a water leak in the kitchen, that they'd contact the property manager and I would receive a call back but never did. I mentioned it again to the Vacasa desk at checkout but am unsure if this issue will be handled appropriately. We had an amazing vacation - Pamlilla amenities are always top-notch - and our children LOVED the 3rd floor just for them, but not getting any sleep from a mold-induced asthma exacerbation made it not as great as it could have been.
